ain Family Word

This week we are learning about -ain family words. My word is rain. Rain is when water falls from the sky.

-ail family

This week we are learning -ail words. My word is jail. Jail is a place where the police put people who break the law. Jail is not fun!

Ay family

This week we are learning about the ay family. My word is hay. Hay grows on a farm. The farmer puts the hay in the hayloft. Horses and cows eat hay.

Est-word family

We learned adout est words. My word is rest. It means to relax. When I'm tired, I rest.

I see a big worm. It is fat and brown.

Insects

We are learning about insects. Insects are tiny. They fly. They fly and make food for us.

-ing Family

I learned about the -ing family. My word is a spring. A spring makes you jump. The springs in my bed make me bounce.

Soccer

I like to play soccer. I like to be on a team, kick the ball, and make a goal. I like to pass the ball to my teammates. Playing Soccer is fun.

-ock Word Family

This week we learned -ock words. My word is lock. It means when you use a thing that holds something shut. The kid needed a key to open the lock.

I made shapes with symmetry. I used blocks.
